Sam Keen

Sam Keen

Founder and Managing Director

With over 19 years experience in marketing, PR and communications, working in both agencies and corporate in-house marketing departments.

Having started her career in top-ten London-based PR agency GCI London, Sam went on to manage consumer and B2B accounts for a range of blue-chip brands including WHSmith, Zanussi, Electrolux and Scandinavian Airlines.

For the past 10 years, Sam has specialised in the B2B sector, in particular the composites and manufacturing industries, and has led many successful global campaigns as Head of Marketing and Communications at Gurit AG and also Premier Composite Technologies, Dubai.

Having worked in Asia, the UAE, and the UK, Sam is currently based in Dubai and set up 100% Marketing over 7 years ago. During that time she has directed and managed the marketing communications of key accounts: FORMAX (now Hexcel Reinforcements UK), SICOMIN, North Thin Ply Technology, Porcher Industries and many others.

Marketing and Events Executive

Katie Homes graduated in 2005 from Southampton Solent University with an MA in Marketing Management, and over the last 10 years she has worked in the B2B sector, specialising in composites and manufacturing. Her role at 100% Marketing is event management where she is fanatical about time management, and dedicated to a high standard of brand representation.

Her success in these areas are enhanced by her knowledge of the broader marketing communications mix, which she gained as Marketing Communications Manager at Gurit, planning and executing global integrated communication campaigns where events were just one part of the mix.

Katie has extensive experience in project managing all manner of large scale events, conferences and exhibitions all over the world.

Andy Whittingham

Creative Designer

Andy is a versatile and creative designer with particular expertise in graphic design, web design, and brand development. Andy has run his own studio for over 17 years, managing creative design campaigns for a range of clients including Isle of Wight Tourism, Red Funnel and White Air Extreme Sports Festival.

Working for 100% Marketing, Andy oversees the creative direction for all jobs and is involved at all levels, from one-off advert designs to the creation of new brand identities and their successful roll out across all media.  Andy also acts as the long term brand guardian for SICOMIN, NTPT and ELG Carbon Fibre.

Online and Digital Marketing Executive

With over 15 years in-house and agency experience, Mark specialises in building bespoke dynamic websites in PHP/MySQL , from online applications with a specific purpose  to full CMS systems. He is especially interested in search engine optimisation, online marketing and social media.

Working with 100% Marketing, Mark takes on all our website development and optimisation projects, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure what he creates works in tandem with consistent brand design and messaging.

Sian has 20 years' experience in the B2B and composites sectors, predominantly running in-house corporate communications teams, and now working as an Associate with 100% Marketing.

She is a strong believer that marketing as a discipline is an integral part of a business, and that an integrated marketing communications plan, underpinned by a strong brand, is key to achieving business and sales objectives.

Having led numerous global integrated communications campaigns and rebranding projects both in-house and as a consultant, for multi-million dollar companies such as High Modulus and SP Systems, as well as smaller enterprises, her most recent in-house roles were Marketing Communications Manager (Asia Pacific) and Customer Operations Manager (Asia Pacific) for Gurit AG, based out of New Zealand.

Sabrina has over 12 years' experience working in B2C and B2B sectors, predominantly handling in-house PR and marketing strategies and activities. She has worked within a wide range of industries for international companies such as InterContinental Hotels Group, World Cancer Research Fund and Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances.

She is accustomed to managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously. In London, Sabrina set up her own PR and communications consultancy and worked as a PR Consultant for several start-ups and the leading residential property group A2Dominion. Having worked in the Netherlands and the UK, Sabrina is currently based in Dubai and has joined 100% Marketing as a Marketing and PR Associate. She will be initially working on brand communications for 100% Marketing and strategic PR for 100% clients.

Tim Bastow

Tim has held a variety of senior corporate technical and operational roles in the composites sector for the last 15 years. Initially focused on Purchasing, Tim lead the reinforcements sourcing for Gurit and is a specialist in carbon fibres and technical textiles. More recent positions at Premier Composite Technologies in Dubai developed an even deeper knowledge and understanding of the industrial, architectural, automotive, aerospace and oil & gas composite sectors and their materials solutions and processing technologies.

Tim works in parallel with the 100% Marketing team to support and strengthen its technical writing service, which includes feature articles, white papers, technical bulletins and case studies, ensuring that key technical messages are extracted and communicated concisely, to suit the target audience.

In addition, Tim is working with clients on market development projects, such as new product development including classification and standards approvals, new business unit set ups, and expansion into new territories.
